COMPETITION ENTRIES

The number of votes for each entry is arrived at by positions on the individual voting slips as follows:
1st - 3 points
2nd - 2 points
3rd - 1 point

These are then added together to give the final votes for each entry. Points (see below) are accumulated for each member for the Points Award Cup

THE POINTS AWARD CUP

This cup is presented to the club member who has gained the most number of points during the season by participating in the club events.
Points are awarded as follows:

a. To entrants in club competitions

• 1st Place 5 points
• 2nd Place 4 points
• 3rd Place 3 points
• All other entries 1 point

b. To members making a substantial contribution to a club meeting (by making a presentation, etc) 4 points
c. To members setting up the hall or making tea 1 point.
