Licentiates of the IAC

Congratulations go to 3 members; Jane Smart, Laurie Joyce and Bruce Dawes, for their awards of a Licentiate of the I.A.C. having attained a recognized level in International competitions. This now means they are able to put L.A.C.I. after their names, so any correspondence will have to be properly addressed!.
For those who are interested I looked up "licentiate" in the dictionary. -"Someone holding a university licence or similar
certificate from a college or society"
(Speaking for myself I always guessed I would be certified one day-Bruce.) Well done to everyone on a very good season, and I hope you are all working your cameras hard so we can enjoy an even better year of competition next year.

Things you learn from the movies...

"All beds have special L-shaped sheets that reach the armpit level on a woman, and the waist on the man lying besides her"

"All bombs are fitted with electronic timing devices with large red readouts so you know exactly when they are going to explode"
